In this training, we will provide details on compliance points that are unique to organization and fund structure, fee terms and investment nature and investment types of private equity firms covering areas of below::

• some common PE structures
• Private Equity Firm's SFC License Requirements
• Common Compliance Issues relating to Private Equity Investments 
• Compliance concerns regarding conflicts of Interests, fund terms, fees  and disclosures of private equity investments 

To complete the training, you are required to answer 10 questions in the Assessment Test at the end of the training and have 6 questions answered correctly.  Prior to taking the Assessment Test, you must watch the entire training video. Failure to do so may lead to cancellation of your Certificate of Completion.
