The Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) published the draft of the revised form of the Financial Resources Return (FRR) required to be submitted by licensed corporations (LCs) for accounting periods starting on or after 1 January 2022. This training covers the following areas:
- Overview and reasons of the changes for the FRR Revised Forms
- Key Changes of the FRR Revised Forms and points to note when filling out the FRR Revised forms for submission to the SFC
- Questions and inquiries that may arise from the FRR Revised Forms
- Reminders to the LCs about the FRR Revised Forms
This training will be very useful to CFO, COO, Finance of the LCs who will be required to complete FRR for the LCs. The Revised Forms contains various key changes that they should get themselves familiar with the FRR Revised Forms to avoid any erroneous submission to the SFC about the financial positions of the LCs.
To complete the training, you are required to answer 5 questions in the Assessment Test at the end of the training and have 3 questions answered correctly.
