Summary on SFC Regulatory Changes in 2022

This course provides you a summary on SFC regulatory changes to take place in 2022 including but not limited to below:

-Changes to the SFC Competence Guidelines on Responsible Officers and SFC Guidelines on Continuous Professional Training (CPT) and the training requirements 

-Changes to the SFC Fund Manager Code of Conduct about disclosure and management of climate related risks

- SFC New regime on Investors Identification 

-SFC Report on Operational Resilience and Remote Working Arrangement 

-Changes to the SFC Revised Financial Resources Return (FRR) Forms and the impacts and points to note in filling out the revised FRR forms 

To complete the training, you are required to answer 10 questions in the Assessment Test at the end of the training and have 6 questions answered correctly.  Prior to taking the Assessment Test, you must watch the entire training video. Failure to do so may lead to cancellation of your Certificate of Completion.
