This 0.5 hour training focuses on related regulatory requirements in Cybersecurity applicable to SFC Licensed Corporations including but not limited to areas below:
-SFC’s Circular to all licensed firms on cybersecurity of SFC's key concerns, appropriate measures that the SFC licensed corporations should take
-SFC’s Guidance amid Covid-19 on remote access to a Licensed Corporation internal networks and use of video conferencing, etc.
-SFC’s take on Licensed Corporations’ shortcoming on cybersecurity and data protection controls
-SFC’s suggested cybersecurity controls
-SFC’s additional guidance on external electronic data and use of external data storage providers (EDSP)
This training is useful to SFC licensed persons, Manager In Charge (MIC), management of SFC licensed corporations to understand the SFC's standard on cybersecurity in order to manage cybersecurity that a SFC Licensed Corporations may be exposed to.
To complete the training, you are required to answer 5 questions in the Assessment Test at the end of the training and have 3 questions answered correctly. Prior to taking the Assessment Test, you must watch the entire training video. Failure to do so may lead to cancellation of your Certificate of Completion.
