In this training, we will give you a recap of recent regulatory changes of the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission and a forecast of regulatory landscape of 2023 covering areas below:  

• Recent Key Regulatory Enforcement Actions 
• Regulatory updates on SFC Guidelines on Continuous Professional Training 
• Regulatory updates on SFC Guidelines on Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Financing of Terrorism 
• Upcoming regulatory changes on Climate-Related Risks Disclosure and Management and Virtual Assets related areas 

To complete the training, you are required to answer 10 questions in the Assessment Test at the end of the training and have 6 questions answered correctly.  Prior to taking the Assessment Test, you must watch the entire training video. Failure to do so may lead to cancellation of your Certificate of Completion.
