Introduction to Virtual Asset Service Provider Regime and Virtual Assets Regulatory Update for Fund Managers

In this training, we will provide you an introduction to the Hong Kong Virtual Asset Service Provider (VASP) Regime and a regulatory update on virtual assets requirements applicable to asset managers who are managing or plan to manage virtual assets. :

• Introduction to VASP regulatory landscape and the regime
• Key SFC Circular, Codes, Guideline on Virtual Asset (as of March 2023)
• SFC-related Virtual Asset Application and Notification Process for Fund Managers
• Focuses on Virtual Assets notifications that need to be made to the SFC for Fund Managers

To complete the training, you are required to answer 10 questions in the Assessment Test at the end of the training and have 6 questions answered correctly.  Prior to taking the Assessment Test, you must watch the entire training video. Failure to do so may lead to cancellation of your Certificate of Completion.
