In this 90 minutes AML training, the training goal is to provide an overview of Hong Kong Anti-Money Laundering regime; legal obligations to file Suspicious Transactions Reporting to Joint Financial Intelligence Unit in Hong Kong; basic understanding of key AML requirements in financial institutions such as SFC Licensed Corporations, Insurance Institutions and Trust or Company Service Provider operating in Hong Kong; the relevant Customer Due Diligence Process; Risk Assessment Methodology and Analysis and Record Keeping Requirements etc.
This training is divided into 5 parts as below:
To complete the training, you are required to answer 15 questions in the Assessment Test at the end of the training and have 9 questions answered correctly. Prior to taking the Assessment Test, you must watch the entire training video. Failure to do so may lead to cancellation of your Certificate of Completion.
